The Makówko estate consists of sixteen semi-detached residential buildings. There are two apartments in each building, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor with an attic. Buildings built in traditional, peaceful architecture similar to the surrounding buildings. Each of the premises is designed for a family of 3-4 people.
