NOVA TROCKA is an intimate residential development in Warsaw’s Targówek, located just 600 meters from two subway stations – Trocka and Targówek Mieszkaniowy. The project involves the development of 22 light-filled apartments ranging in size from 37 sqm to 120 sqm located on five above-ground floors and with their own storage units and parking spaces in the underground garage. In addition, each apartment has a spacious balcony, and those located on the first floor have private gardens. Five apartments will have mezzanine floors and roof terraces.
