Construction Engineer

The person in this position will be responsible for:

• Maintaining construction documentation and preparing the investment process,
• Planning, organization and control of the execution of construction works,
• Monitor the compliance of the ongoing work with the execution documentation,
• Collaborate with design offices and contractors,
• Participation in the acceptance of construction works,
• Taking measurements of works,
• Participation in the process of accounting for works and preparation of documentation for acceptance of works,
• Coordinate the process of fixing defects and notifications

Requirements:

• Higher education in construction,
• Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Norma Pro,
• Strong motivation and commitment to the work,
• Conscientious and reliable approach to duties,
• Developed interpersonal skills
• The ability to prepare cost estimates will be an added advantage
