The AB Building is the third phase of the development project in Łomna Las for Triton Development. The building will have four above-ground floors housing 85 residential units and one underground floor designated for a garage. Architecturally, the third phase will echo the two previous ones, with the facade dominated by white with anthracite elements. The development is ideally located due to its proximity to Route 7, which allows residents to reach the Młociny Metro station in just 20 minutes.

Design work is currently underway, and earthwork will begin in April 2026.
