The student residence, comprising 3.5 storeys above ground and one basement level, houses 240 single and shared student flats. Some of these have been adapted for people with disabilities. Each student flat comprises a bedroom with a bed, a kitchenette equipped with a hob, fridge and sink, and a bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The shape and size of the building reflect the existing built environment. The neighbouring buildings are relatively new and contemporary in style, which is why the student residence has been designed in a very modern style using high-quality materials.

Earthworks and structural works are currently underway.
