We are pleased to announce that LeanCon has completed the construction of the Metropolia housing estate in Marki near Warsaw. At the end of March, we also obtained a valid occupancy permit. Thanks to this, the first residents could already start finishing works on their apartments.
The Metropolia Housing Estate is a complex of fifteen intimate, three-story terraced buildings with 118 apartments. The investor is UMS Investment.
